Launch list
If you join the list on the homepage, we store your email to write when we launch. We do not sell or rent your email.

Messages to hello@kritivasa.com are read by the Kritivasa team for replies, styling calls, and partnership enquiries.
When the shop is live
An account holds your name, email, and phone. Orders hold delivery details, what you bought, and the amount paid. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking). Confirmations are emailed from hello@kritivasa.com; we may copy support@kritivasa.com on operational mail.
Saved bag and wishlist items may stay in your browser until you clear site data.
